How it works
- Email support@senviasos.co.za within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions within 1 business day.
- Return the bracelet with its charging cable in good condition.
- Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.
Faulty items
If your bracelet arrives damaged or develops a fault, we replace it at no cost. Extended Warranty customers are covered for 12 months.
Non-refundable
Digital gifts (ebook) and Priority Processing are free bonuses and carry no cash value.
